Who can review
Only parents who have completed a verified tour through DaycareHubBC can post a review. This ensures every review reflects a genuine, firsthand experience — not a rumour. Every review carries a ✔ Verified Tour badge so other families can read with confidence.
Community standards
Be honest, specific, and kind. Write about your own experience: the space, the programs, how communication felt, and how your child responded. Please do not name individual staff members, share other families’ details, or make personal attacks. Reviews containing hate speech, harassment, or identifying information about children will be removed.
Your privacy matters
You may post under your first name and child’s age group, or anonymously as “A Tri-Cities Parent”. Either way, the facility cannot see your child’s full name or personal details — they only see the review content.
Star ratings
These categories reflect what families tell us matters most. Rate your experience across 6 categories: Cleanliness & Safety, Staff & Caregivers, Learning Environment, Communication, Value for Money, and Overall Impression. Each category is rated 1–5 stars.
Provider responses
Daycare operators may post one professional response per review. Responses are an opportunity to show care, accountability, and a willingness to listen. Promotional content or personal attacks will be removed.
Reporting a review
Both parents and providers can flag a review if they believe it violates these guidelines. Use the flag button to report it. Our team reviews all reports within 3 business days and takes every concern seriously.
