Review Guidelines
Helping Tri-Cities families share honest, useful experiences.
Who can review
Only parents who have completed a verified tour through DaycareHubBC can post a review. Every review carries a ✓ Verified Tour badge so other families know it's based on a real visit.
Community standards
Be honest, specific, and respectful. Focus on your own experience: the space, programs, communication, and how your child felt. Do not name individual staff members, share other families' information, or use personal attacks. Reviews that contain hate speech, harassment, or identifying details about children will be removed.
Anonymous option
You can post under your first name and child's age group, or anonymously as 'A Tri-Cities Parent'. Either way the facility cannot see your child's full name or personal details — they only see the review content.
Star ratings
Rate your experience across 6 categories: Cleanliness & Safety, Staff & Caregivers, Learning Environment, Communication, Value for Money, and Overall Impression. Each category is rated 1–5 stars.
Responding to reviews
Daycare operators may post one professional response per review. Responses must be respectful and factual. Promotional content or personal attacks will be removed.
