DaycareHubBC is an online platform that connects families in the Tri-Cities area (Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody) with licensed daycares. Our services include daycare search, waitlist applications, tour booking, job postings for ECE teachers, and reviews.

DaycareHubBC is free for parents and families to use. There are no charges for creating an account, searching for daycares, joining waitlists, booking tours, or leaving reviews.

Daycares may be required to purchase a subscription to list their facility, manage waitlists, and access advanced features. Subscription fees, billing cycles, and cancellation terms are outlined during the daycare registration process and in the daycare agreement.

DaycareHubBC does not guarantee that any family will secure a daycare spot. Waitlist positions, availability, and admissions decisions are managed entirely by the individual daycares. Our platform facilitates connections but does not control daycare admissions.

DaycareHubBC is not liable for the quality, safety, or conduct of any daycare listed on our platform. Parents are responsible for conducting their own due diligence, including visiting facilities, verifying licenses, and assessing suitability for their children. DaycareHubBC acts solely as a connecting platform and does not endorse, certify, or monitor daycares.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
